KOUTSIAS STILIANOS
Mr. Stylianos Koutsias is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) (1983-1989). He is also a Ph.D. student of the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. (2005 with an excellent grade). He specialized in general surgery and Royal Bluckburn Infirmary, at the 401 Military Hospital in Athens and in the vascular surgery department of G. Gennimatas Hospital. He has specialized in Intra-British Surgery in Great Britain (Qeen's Mary Hospital, Nottingham) under the guidance of one of the pioneers of Intravascular Surgery in the World, Professor Brian Hopkinson. He was the first (1st) Specialist Vascular Surgeon of the University Vascular Surgery Clinic of the Medical School of the University of Thessaly, which is based at the University Hospital of Larissa (since March 2009).
He participated in many workshops on Intravascular Surgery, New Ventricular Catalysis (Laser or Radio Frequency) and Diabetic Foot Therapy.
